I have been selected to a very limited field of fifty (50) total participants in the upcoming Inaugural Fenway Park Marathon. This will be the first time a marathon is held totally within the confines of a Major League Baseball ballpark or even any pro sports stadium to date. I will make my marathon debut on September 15, 2017, running along the warning track.

If you're scoring at home, that is 112 laps to cover 26.2 miles.

Although my selection was unexpected being a rookie, the overwhelming excitement for a chance to take the field under the lights in front of a packed stadium at America's Most Beloved Ballpark was too much to not swing at.

Call it an inside the park home run!

While this is a unique opportunity for myself to scratch some items off the list, it is an even better opportunity to give back and help others - but I need your support. As part of the deal, I've pledged to raise at least the minimum of $5000 to support the Red Sox Foundation*, the official charity of the Boston Red Sox. However, my personal goals are always to exceed expectations and I aim to raise as much as I can. You can donate directly on this page or I can email you a donation form to mail in with a check if you'd prefer.

Any amount, great or small, is
"SO GOOD! SO GOOD! SO GOOD!"
I thank you for the consideration and continued support. Gotta run!

GO SOX!

*The Red Sox Foundation harnesses the passion of fans to make a difference in the lives of children, veterans, families and communities by improving their health, educational and recreational opportunities.

Deadline to contribute to this campaign is September 10, 2017. Corporate sponsorship(s) also an option.
